Adults:

I declare I understand that I participate entirely at my own risk, and relieve the organising club, race referee, the race organisers/personnel, of any responsibility for injury, loss or damage sustained to either my person or property as a result of participation howsoever caused. I agree to abide by the rules of the British Triathlon Federation. I agree to abide by the British Triathlon rules and understand that any behaviour that contravenes these rules could lead to my exclusion from attending further British Triathlon sanctioned events. I consent for these details to be held on computer for the purposes of race organisation, results and the distribution of other related Triathlon news that may be of use to me/ the participant. Details given will not be forwarded to any other organisation or used for any other purpose. I also agree to photo images being taken by the official race photographer and that SYtri may use any photographs with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

Juniors:

Declaration of Parent / Guardian I declare that the named person is to take part in this event. I agree to abide by the rules of the British Triathlon Federation. I, or another responsible adult, will accompany my child at the event. I/We agree to abide by the British Triathlon Child Protection Guidelines (http://www.britishtriathlon.org/about/childprotection/) and understand that any behaviour that contravenes these rules could lead to my exclusion from attending further British Triathlon sanctioned events. I consent for these details to be held on computer for the purposes of race organisation, results and the distribution of other related Triathlon news that may be of use to me/ the participant I am accompanying.
